M&T Home Kare agency is owned and operated by experienced nurses who believe in providing excellent home health care for people with on-going health needs. This mother/daughter  duo from Greater Hartford shares more than 40 years in the healthcare field as CNA’s and Registered Nurses. 

 

Our team is skilled in non-medical companion memory loss, hospital and rehab transitions and fall prevention among many other common ailments. Our flexible intake process to help meet the needs of their clients – offering services to elderly and disabled clients as well as post-surgical, and pre- and postnatal.
